What families ask.

Does my loved one need to be tech-savvy?
Not at all. All they need is a phone, tablet, or computer and a quiet place to sit. We handle the rest, and we walk them through joining the call.
What if they get tired or emotional during the session?
We go at their pace. Breaks are welcome, tears are welcome, and we can always schedule a second short session if needed at no extra charge.
Can multiple family members join the call?
Yes. Many families find it meaningful to have a spouse, child, or sibling present to ask follow-up questions or simply listen.
What happens to the raw recording?
It's kept private and secure, used only to build your book and audio file. You can request it be deleted after delivery, or kept on file in case you'd like additional copies later.
